Keskinov LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Mafia Service to do the same.

Notification of Copyright Infringement

If You are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that material available through the Service infringes Your copyright, You may submit a written notification to Our designated copyright agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Your notification should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material with enough information for Us to locate it, and provide Your name and contact information.

Your notification must also include a physical or electronic signature, a statement that You have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, We may remove or disable access to the identified material and will take reasonable steps to notify the user who provided it.

Counter-Notification

If Your User Content has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notification and You believe that the removal or disabling was the result of mistake or misidentification, You may submit a counter-notification to Our designated copyright agent.

A counter-notification must contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including Your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its former location; the required statement under penalty of perjury; Your name, address, and telephone number; and Your consent to the jurisdiction and service of process as required by the DMCA.

If We receive a valid counter-notification, We will forward it to the party who submitted the original notification. We may restore the affected material in accordance with the time periods and procedures established by the DMCA unless the original complaining party timely notifies Us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, Accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also suspend Accounts, remove User Content, or restrict access to the Service where We reasonably believe infringement or repeated violations of intellectual property rights have occurred.
